By ordering, confirming or using the Company\u2019s services, the Customer confirms that they have read these Terms and agree to comply with them.<\/p><p>These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the <strong> Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania <\/strong> , <strong> Law on Consumer Rights Protection <\/strong> and other applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><h2>1. Scope of Services<\/h2><p>1.1 The Company provides moving, transportation of property, packing, unpacking, loading and unloading, furniture disassembly and assembly, temporary storage, removal of unwanted items, household appliances and construction materials for disposal, and other moving-related services (hereinafter referred to as the <strong> Services <\/strong> ).<\/p><p>1.2 The specific scope, schedule, price and other conditions of the Services are established in an individual order, quotation or agreement (hereinafter referred to as the <strong> Agreement <\/strong> ).<\/p><h2>2. Formation of the Agreement<\/h2><p>2.1 An Agreement is deemed concluded when the Customer:<\/p><ul><li>confirms the Company\u2019s quotation in writing, verbally or electronically; or<\/li><li>signs a service agreement; or<\/li><li>pays a deposit or otherwise expressly confirms the booking.<\/li><\/ul><p>2.2 The Agreement and these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous oral or written agreements.<\/p><h2>3. Rights and Obligations of the Company<\/h2><p>3.1 The Company undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li>provide the Services diligently, professionally and in accordance with good business practice<\/li><li>use suitable vehicles, equipment and personnel<\/li><li>comply with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.2 The Company may engage subcontractors while remaining responsible for their actions to the extent required by law.<\/p><h2>4. Rights and Obligations of the Customer<\/h2><p>4.1 The Customer undertakes to:<\/p><ul><li>provide accurate and complete information about the property to be moved, addresses, access conditions and possible restrictions<\/li><li>ensure access to the premises and property at the agreed time<\/li><li>notify the Company in advance of fragile, valuable, oversized or hazardous items<\/li><li>obtain any necessary permits (e.g. parking permits, lift reservations, permission to enter protected areas or private property).<\/li><\/ul><p>4.2 If the Customer packs items themselves, they are responsible for ensuring that they are properly packed.<\/p><h2>5. Prices, Payment and Estimates<\/h2><p>5.1 Visos kainos nurodomos eurais (EUR) be PVM.<\/p><p>5.2 Any estimate provided is preliminary and may change if the actual scope of the Services differs from what was planned. If the price of the Services is agreed with the Customer in advance, it may only be changed by written agreement between the parties.<\/p><p>5.3 The minimum booking duration is 2 (two) hours. Services completed in less time are charged as 2 hours unless otherwise agreed with the <strong> Customer <\/strong> has agreed otherwise.<\/p><p>5.4 Calculation of working time within city limits: Booking time is calculated from the arrival of the Company\u2019s employees at the work site until the work is actually completed.<\/p><p>5.5 Bookings where one or more addresses are located up to 25 km outside city limits: Working time is calculated from arrival at the loading location until completion of the work. An additional out-of-town mileage charge applies, calculated for a one-way journey at the rates in effect when the booking is placed.<\/p><p>5.6 Bookings where one or more addresses are located more than 25 km outside city limits: Actual working time at the loading and unloading locations is charged. An additional out-of-town mileage charge applies for the round trip, i.e. loading location(s) \u2013 unloading location(s) \u2013 loading location(s), unless otherwise agreed in writing. The mileage rate is the rate in effect when the booking is placed.<\/p><p>5.7 Payment terms for private individuals (B2C):<\/p><ul><li>payment in cash after the Services have been provided<\/li><li>payment by contactless card after the Services have been provided<\/li><li>payment by bank transfer before the Services are provided, where the price has been agreed in advance<\/li><\/ul><p>5.8 Payment terms for legal entities (B2B):<\/p><ul><li>payment in cash after the Services have been provided<\/li><li>payment by contactless card after the Services have been provided<\/li><li>payment by bank transfer against a VAT invoice within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the date the Services are provided, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.<\/li><\/ul><p>5.9 Late payments may be subject to charges in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><h2>6. Cancellation and Changes to Services<\/h2><p>6.1 The Customer may cancel or amend a booking by giving notice at least 5 working days in advance.<\/p><p>6.2 Cancellation fees:<\/p><ul><li>No cancellation fee applies if the booking is cancelled more than 2 working days before the scheduled start;<\/li><li>25% of the service price if cancelled less than 2 working days before the Services are scheduled to begin;<\/li><li>50% of the price if cancelled on the day the Services are scheduled to be provided.<\/li><\/ul><p>6.3 The Company may reschedule the Services due to force majeure circumstances.<\/p><h2>7. Risk, Ownership and Insurance<\/h2><p>7.1 Ownership of the property being moved remains with the Customer at all times.<\/p><p>7.2 The risk of damage to or loss of property passes to the Customer once the property has been unloaded at the agreed destination.<\/p><p>7.3 The Company holds valid liability insurance and insurance covering property being moved. The total insurance coverage for property being moved is EUR 10,000.<\/p><p>7.4 <strong> Insurance does not cover <\/strong> glassware, porcelain, ceramics, mirrors, works of art, damage to household appliances and electronic devices if they have not been packed in their original manufacturer\u2019s packaging, or other fragile or breakable items, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p><p>7.5 The Customer is advised to obtain additional insurance independently for valuable or fragile items or sensitive electronic devices.<\/p><p>7.6 The Customer confirms that all items, household appliances and other property being moved or handed over for disposal are legally owned by them and may lawfully be transferred or moved.<\/p><h2>8. Liability<\/h2><p>8.1 The Company is liable only for direct losses caused by its fault.<\/p><p>8.2 The Company is not liable for:<\/p><ul><li>normal wear and tear or hidden defects in property<\/li><li>damage caused by improper packing by the Customer<\/li><li>delays resulting from circumstances beyond the Company\u2019s control.<\/li><\/ul><p>8.3 Limits of liability apply in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><h2>9. Claims<\/h2><p>9.1 Claims relating to damage to or loss of property must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of the provision of the Services.<\/p><p>9.2 Supporting evidence (photographs, descriptions and documents) must be attached to the claim.<\/p><h2>10. Personal Data Protection<\/h2><p>10.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the <strong> GDPR (EU 2016\/679) <\/strong> and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><p>10.2 Data is used solely for the provision of Services and compliance with legal obligations.<\/p><h2>11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/h2><p>11.1 These Terms and Agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, regardless of where the Services are provided, including international moves.<\/p><p>11.2 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, consumer disputes may be referred to the <strong> State Consumer Rights Protection Authority <\/strong> or a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p><p>11.3 Disputes with legal entities shall be resolved by a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania having jurisdiction over the location of the Company\u2019s registered office.<\/p><h2>12.
